This Privacy Policy explains how the Axionova project (“Axionova,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with your use of axionova.network (the “Site”) and related services, including the AXNV presale, staking, and the BTC Prediction game (collectively, the “Services”). Axionova is a pseudonymous, contributor-led project and is not currently organized as a registered corporate entity in any jurisdiction, as also described in our Terms and Conditions.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Blockchain and Wallet Data
When you connect a wallet to participate in the presale, staking, or the BTC Prediction game, we record your public wallet address and information derived from the BNB Smart Chain, including token balances and transaction details (transaction hash, from/to addresses, value, gas used, and timestamp). This data mirrors information that is already public on the blockchain by design; connecting a wallet does not give us access to your private keys, seed phrase, or the ability to move your funds.1.2 Game Activity Data
If you participate in the BTC Prediction game, we record gameplay data linked to your wallet address, including wager amounts, outcomes (wins/losses), and session activity, in order to operate the game and calculate results.1.3 Usage and Analytics Data
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Site. This may collect your approximate location (derived from IP address), device and browser type, pages visited, and referral source, typically via cookies. Google may process this data on servers located outside your country, including in the United States.1.4 Security Logs
Like most websites, our hosting and security systems automatically log visitor IP addresses and related technical data (such as approximate geographic location, login attempts, and request patterns) to detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access. This data is used for security purposes only and is not used to profile or market to individual visitors.1.5 Information You Provide Directly
If you contact us by email or through a form on the Site, we collect whatever information you choose to include (such as your name and email address) in order to respond to you. At present, the Site does not require an email address or other personal details to download the Whitepaper or browse public pages.2. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:- Operate the presale, staking, and game features, including calculating balances, rewards, and results;
- Maintain the security and integrity of the Site and Services;
- Understand and improve Site usage and performance; and
- Respond to inquiries you send us directly.
3. Cookies
The Site uses cookies for two purposes: (i) essential functions, such as caching and site performance, and (ii) analytics, via Google Analytics 4. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Disabling cookies may affect some functionality of the Site.4. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal data. We may share information with:- Service providers who help us operate the Site, such as our hosting provider and Google Analytics, under their own applicable privacy terms;
- The public blockchain — wallet addresses and transaction data are inherently public once submitted on-chain, independent of anything we do;
- Legal and regulatory authorities, where required by law, to protect our rights, or to prevent fraud or harm; and
- A successor entity, in the event the project is reorganized, provided the recipient remains bound by materially similar privacy commitments.
